United Division is an independent game development studio based in Pennsylvania. The Site provides information about our games, projects, studio updates, and related content. We do not currently offer user account creation, in-app purchases, or subscription services through this Site.

All content on this Site is the exclusive property of United Division or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• United Division retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the content

United Division reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any downloadable content at any time without notice.

In no event shall United Division's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, or services (such as Discord, Steam, YouTube, or itch.io). These links are provided for convenience only. United Division does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.
